Overview

Druids are the ultimate shapeshifters and hybrids: Bear form to tank, Cat form to melee, caster/Moonkin for ranged damage, and a top-tier heal-over-time healer. They can fill any role, bring unique utility (battle rez, Innervate, Mark of the Wild) and are hard to pin down. They wear leather and use mana plus Rage/Energy in forms.

Strengths & weaknesses

✅ Strengths

  • Can tank, heal, melee or cast - total flexibility
  • Battle rez (Rebirth) and Innervate are raid-defining
  • Great mobility (Travel Form, Cat)
  • Very strong and versatile in PvP

⚠️ Weaknesses

  • Master of none - rarely the top parse in a role
  • Gear needs differ per form/role
  • Only two races (one per faction)
  • Feral scaling is item-dependent

Tips for Druids

  • Level as Feral (Cat) for fast, efficient solo kills.
  • Keep Mark of the Wild and Thorns up - free value.
  • Shift out of roots/snares to break crowd control.
  • In dungeons, flex: tank in Bear, heal, or DPS as needed.
